Founded in May of 2008 in partnership with Guild Associates LLC, JVSS professionals bring over 140 years experience in the system design, testing, SATCOM and line of site communications, installation/integration and training development of high performance radar, video, motion tracking and other surveillance technologies implemented on Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) and Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) hardware.

To become one of the top ten California-based senior signals intelligence (SIGINT), radar, network, communications software engineering and program/project management firm, assisting companies/government agencies in the pursuit of performance excellence.
